Perhaps she shouldn't have been out alone when it was getting to be so late. But she just wasn't willing to go home just yet. She was having a hard time looking her mother in the eye after what she had seen a few months before hand. The thought made her shudder, repulsing her.
Katherine was a slim girl, her large breasts accented by the clinging yellow dress she wore that fine spring day. She knew she should get home soon. Aiden wanted to get home soon. He knew what could happen at night... but it was nothing near what this young woman was thinking. No, there were things far worse and Aiden had witnessed it himself on his travels. Starting with Africa. Looking at his watch, Aiden hurried it up a little bit, knowing that sun would soon fade and night would fall.
As he was looking at his watch though, Aiden did not see the young woman ahead of him and therefore... well, he walked right into her, practically stumbling over her and landing in the grass, him on top of her. For a moment, his face paled, thinking he had run into one of THEM. But no... it was just a girl. "I'm so sorry miss," he said, face and neck going red as he looked down at her chest, quickly looking back up to her face. "Pardon my haste, I did not see you," he said, getting to his feet and brushing himself off as he tried to play it cool. "If you don't mind me saying, this isn't exactly the best place for someone like you to be walking about so late in the day without an escort." He gave her a charming smile and offered her his hand to help her up.

Kathy couldn't help but let out a tiny scream as a man suddenly walked into her, knocking her to the ground. She started smacking him, crushed by his weight. She gave him a look as he got up and offered his hand, but after a moment of debate, she decided to take it. " Thank you sir, but your worry is not needed, I was just about to head home," she said to the man, allowing him to help her up. Her hand lingered on his for just a moment before she pulled back to brush herself off. He had such a charming smile. "I should really be on my way.". She stepped away from him, ready to head home. |

Aiden was watching her go, debating with himself. If she wasn't careful, she could wind up like one of them... "Wait!" he called out, running up behind her. He really hoped he wouldn't regret this. "Please miss, it would be a shame to see something happen to someone like you. Allow me to escort you home." He glanced around for a moment, aware of how late it was getting. He turned his eyes back to her then, giving her a charming smile and offering her his arm. "I promise to be a perfect gentleman. So long as I'm around miss, nothing will happen to you." Because he had a bottle of Holy Water in his pocket.

Katherine stared at the arm he offered her for a second before wrapping her own around it. "Thank you," she said, feeling more comfortable now that she had an escort, even though she did not yet even know this man's name. "I'm Katherine by the way." She gave him a cute smile and walked in the direction of her home, staying close to him. He was quite handsome and she couldn't help but wonder if he was with anybody. She couldn't help but play with the lace material around her breast area, looking up at him as she did so. |

Aiden smiled at this. He had always liked the name Katherine. "Pleased to meet you Katherine," he said, looking down at her, his face growing red as her hand drew attention to her breasts. Clearing his throat, he looked ahead of them. "My name is Aiden. Aiden Calder." He was silent for a few moments, trying to think of what to say and trying to keep his eyes away from her breasts. "If you don't mind me asking, do you live far?" he asked, eyes glued to the road before them. He didn't mind walking too far, but he would definitely be wary.

Aiden let out a loud laugh when she said this. "No miss, my wife is not home waiting for me, I have no wife," he said, smiling at her. "At the moment, the only woman I answer to is my mother." He winked at her and continued on, looking up at the sky. "Even if I did though, I wouldn't just leave you to walk home by yourself." His heart was starting to beat a little faster as time wore on, anticipating the dark and what it might bring. He had once loved the night, but now it brought nothing but fear.

Katherine was overjoyed to hear this. She gave him another cute smile, fluttering her eye lashes a little. "Thank you so much, Mr. Calder," she said again, looking ahead. "This is it right here." She stopped him right outside her house, looking up and slipping her arm out of his. "Please Mr. Calder, do come in to meet my father. He would be pleased to hear that such a fine man was willing to walk me home." She gave him a hopeful smile, knowing full well that her father an mother must have left for the Operah house by now. |

Aiden was hesitant. It was getting dark out and... well he really didn't want to be caught out there by one of THEM. "Perhaps another time miss," he said, giving her a smile. "Please, call me Aiden." He lifted her hand to his lips, kissing it softly, his eyes on her. "I hope you won't object to me seeing you again miss? It would be my pleasure to meet the man who raised such a fine young woman." He released her hand. backing away. "But for now, I must go, or else my mother might whip me for being late." He was joking of course. He turned around and walked away, heading home and slipping his hands into his pocket, gripping the holy water that resided in there.
