((Nobody posted house claim yet, so I just figured I'd start the thread here))
Aiden came bearing gifts. It had been a few days since Aiden had escorted the lovely Miss Darcy home. Though he would have loved to chat with the girl and meet her parents, he had run off log a dog with its tail between his legs. Why? Because of them... the vampires. Aiden was usually very careful to be home long before sunset and he never allowed anyone inside after that point whenever someone knocked on the door. His mother had been complaining for days now that his bedroom smelled strongly of garlic.
Making his way up to the house, Aiden was dressed very nicely in a black suit. In one hand he carried a box of cigars, a present for Katherine's father, and in the other, he carried a bouquet of flowers for Katherine herself. Aiden was no stranger to... well, wooing women. Taking a deep breath to calm his nerves, Aiden stepped up to the front door, ringing the bell and standing up tall...
It was a very nice Spring day outside and just about noon. Aiden was usually up by sunrise nowadays. He didn't dare to tell anyone about the things he had seen... no, they would think he was crazy. It was best he keep these things to himself. For now....

((That's cool. )) The maid was the one to answer the door for Mr. Calder. "Can I help-" But she was cut off all of a sudden by Katherine behind her. "Aiden!" she said, completely surprised, shooing the maid away. "Please, come in, come in. Papa will be pleased to finally meet you. I told him all about you the other night." She gave him a smile, pulling him into the house. "Are those for me?" she asked him, surprised to see the flowers in his arms. "Oh Mr. Calder, they're lovely," she said, gathering the bouquet into her arms and taking in their scent. "Find a vase for these," she said to the maid, handing them over. "Put them in my room."
Turning back to the man, she took his arm, leading her into the parlor. "Sit and make yourself at home," she said to him, letting him go. "My father an mother aren't yet home. Papa has business to attend to and mama is out. But I'm sure they'll be home before it's time for you to leave." She pulled him over to the couch, sitting down and pulling him down alongside her. "I was begining to wonder if you would ever come for the visit you promised me Mr. Calder." She gave him a charming smile before calling in the maid to get them something to drink.
